Mark M. Neale is a native of West Point, Virginia and has practiced dentistry for the past 30 years with offices in Williamsburg and West Point. Dr. Neale received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Richmond and graduated from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 1977. He served his country as a Captain in the United States Army Chemical Corps from 1970 to 1976.
Dr. Neale is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology and is a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is an alumnus of the L. D. Pankey Institute for advanced dental education and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Richmond Dental Society and the McKee-Dominion Dental Study Club as well as Delta Sigma Delta national dental fraternity. A former local school board member, Dr. Neale is a member of the West Point Kiwanis Club and the West Point Christian Church. He is a life member of the “Kingston’s National Registry of Who’s Who” which recognizes individuals who are making a difference in their professions and their communities.
Dr. Neale enjoys golf, gardening and fly-fishing. He is also a beekeeper and shares his experiences and expertise “on the water” and “in the hives” with civic groups. He is married to Elizabeth (“Bet”) Harrell Neale and they have two daughters Nancy and Cheryl. Their son Mark is memorialized through the Mark Smith Neale II “Cross of Life” Memorial Scholarship Fund.
